Terrible Customer Service I had an appointment top drop off my car for it first oil change change. I arrived before the appointment time and pulled into the car drop off area. I was given a number and told to wait in the waiting area to be called by a service advisor. After twenty minutes of waiting just to drop off a car I asked when a service advisor would be available I was told very rudely by Jaun the service manager that I could not have been waiting for twenty minutes and that all service advisors are all with other customers and I would have to wait. Why does service make appointments to drop off a car and then have no one available to write a service order for over twenty minutes. Forget the bagels, coffee, nails or message, ire more service advisors and provide quality customer service. More

Friendly, professional, courteous We were greeted by a friendly service representative in the garage area, and were directed into the office area where Juan Vargas met us immediately ( We were greeted by a friendly service representative in the garage area, and were directed into the office area where Juan Vargas met us immediately (no waiting at all). I have been working with him for several years concerning mine and my husband's vehicles. Juan is always professional and friendly. I feel like my vehicle is always in good hands with him. My car is still covered under Toyota Care, so the 10,000 mile service was free, and the recall on the rear door was also handled free of charge. My NYS inspection was only $10. It was, and always is, a positive experience having work done at Huntington Toyota. On that subject, I really like the new service center on Oakwood road. It is spacious, clean, and very inviting. Thank you for upgrading your service center to such a nice location. More
Great Service, Great Warranty, Great Product I was extremely worried when almost every warning light came on in my 7 year old Prius that has 143,000 miles. Check engine, Hybrid system, an unknown exclamation mark (that had to be bad!). More importantly, it felt like the transmission was slipping and hesitating. This wasn't something that had been progressively getting worse. It just all happened at once. Fortunately I was around the corner from the new Toyota of Huntington service center and my trusted advisor, Juan Vargas. I left the car overnight and worried about how expensive this was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised the next morning with a call from Juan telling me that it was a computer module and (best of all) it was covered by the warranty. Who stands behind a 7 year old car with 143,000 miles? I told Juan it gave me a lot to think about when I begin looking for my next car! More

March 23rd appointment 10:30 appointment. No service review until 11:05. Service rep s attitude was "it happens". After paperwork was told it would take 90 minutes to change 10:30 appointment. Short Notice I made a same day appointment to have my 2016 Corolla inspected. Unfortunately I forgot I had to be home within an hour. When I explained my error t I made a same day appointment to have my 2016 Corolla inspected. Unfortunately I forgot I had to be home within an hour. When I explained my error to the manager he was very understanding and expedited my service. My car was inspected within 30 minutes and I was able to make my other appointment. I appreciated his help especially since it was my error. More
