2014 Toyota Sienna Maintenance I scheduled an appointment and note on the appointment schedule that I would need a loaner. She assured me that the car would be ready in 1.5 hrs. They found things that would have additional charge and she called me to go over them with me and I received my mini van back in a timely manner. I love the fact that she followed up and made me aware of what was going on during the process. More

I was treated extremely courteously and feel that Toyota went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary for them to do.
