Service Visit I had made an appointment for an oil change and maintenance appointment for my Sienna. My appointment was set at 7:30. Around 8:30 I was called back and told my car need some minimal servicing and it would be about an hour. I said ok. I figured I would be done around 9:30/10 the latest. My car was not finished until 11:30. The car need an oil change, some filters changed, and the coolant flushed and replaced. While I understand these things do take time and I appreciate them taking extra care with my car, I just wish they had been honest with the amount of time it would take to complete. More

Scheduled appointments are very close to on time, explanation of repairs are understandable, prices are explained and fair, and the occasional emergency visit is accommodated as well. More

Long wait Everyone was nice, but the wait til for a scheduled appointment was much too long (2hrs for an oil change and inspection). I couldn't even get the car washed like I do at other dealers because it had eaten up the entire time my son was at school. When I have my mechanic do this type of work I wait maybe 15 minutes. Stop overbooking the mechanics and get people in and out. More

Car not delivered when promised Dropped off car at930 for scheduled service....oil,tire rotation, nys inspection. 130 pick up time..arrived at 2 pm.Mr vargas said it would be another Dropped off car at930 for scheduled service....oil,tire rotation, nys inspection. 130 pick up time..arrived at 2 pm.Mr vargas said it would be another 30 minutes. ended up being over an hour. I dont think they even started working on it till after I came to pick it up. 5 1/2 hrs for maybe an hrs work? Mr Vargas offered no apology or explanation for the delay. After paying I went out to my car which I was unable to start......the cashier forgot to return my key. I did not receive the multipoint maintenance check as promised. I guess that would have required an even greater delay. On 5/16 I advised the service mgr of my experience by email but have not recvd a res Im have been buying and servicing cars at Sunrise and Huntington Toyota since 1977 and have never had a complaint. Till now. Something is different at this dealership. More
