I was extremely happy with the entire experience, from the initial call, to the email confirmation, to being greeted promptly and courteously upon arrival. I waited the exact time I was told, one and a half hour, for an oil change and tire rotation, etc., which went by fast, watching my favorite News 12 in the morning, and having a delicious bagel with coffee. Then, to my total surprise, I see a lady getting a manicure! For free! Really, I ask you, what more could you ask for? All this compliments of Toyota Care! Thank you for providing excellent customer service, which is hard to find today. More

Steve was just great, right on the mark as to the problems and the estimate. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and a great help for a difficult problem with the air conditioner and musty smell i problems and the estimate. consistantly promised a time frame for repairs only to wait and have the repairs done in twice the length of time. My next car will NOT be a Toyota or I will stop using service here. My Prius was in excellent working order when I left the Huntington Service Facility He should be commended for his professionalism and kindness. There should be more people like Mr Vargas assisting customers. I left satisfied, well manicured, full and confident that when I need to return to Huntington Toyota Service my experience will be equally as satisfying. I went in for an appointment with new service manager and was a little nervous due to the fact I have dealt with same service manager for 8 years. Great experience, very efficient, staff is very professional in their appearance and communications with the customer. I did not have to wait before my car was taken in for service. My service was the initial 5K check so minimal work was to be done and I didn't expect to be there long. But said that you never know who is there before you. I was in and out in 30 minutes. During prior appointments, if there was a wait or delay, they always make sure I was aware of the impact and worked to make it as short as possible. I appreciate the fact that Huntington Toyota Service has late afternoon routine service appointments that fit well with my schedule. Their customer lounge is very comfortable and I like that they have a television and wifi and coffee to help pass the time as I wait. I have a prepaid maintenance agreement from the time I got the car, so while its in my best interests to bring the car to Huntington Toyota Service, I would come here (assuming they service other makes and models) even If I did not have a Toyota. More

I had been to Huntington toyota for my 10k mile maintenance. I worked with stephen and it was a pleasure working with the service center.
