Ive been using their service for years now! They have been always friendly and accommodating. They explain everything to me and give me a choice of either way to help my car. I've been having my car serviced at Huntington (Empire) Toyota for at least 10 years. The mechanics are great. I've never had a problem with their work. I brought my 2010 Tacoma in for a problem and in the process of repairing it the ABS sensor was damaged. The truck had to come back several times before it was fixed and each time I was given a loaner. process of repairing it the ABS sensor was damaged. Several weeks after the last attempt at fixing it the problem recurred. Again I was given a loaner car but this time the person I dealt with in service was curt and annoyed with me, essentially telling me that I was lying and had not reported the problems I was having to him before. I did not appreciate his attitude towards me one bit and I feared we were gearing up for a fight over the bill. However, the problem was located and ddealt with and I hope it does not recur. More
