Since our go-to A+ Service Technician Nino transitioned to Smithtown's Empire Volvo from another Volvo dealership, my wife and I have been, without exception, trusting Empire Volvo for all of our S60 vehic to Smithtown's Empire Volvo from another Volvo dealership, my wife and I have been, without exception, trusting Empire Volvo for all of our S60 vehicle's maintenance needs. At whatever Volvo dealership Nino is employed, that's the dealership that we patronize -- for both Sales and Service. Since last year when we transitioned to Empire Volvo, we've settled into an enviable Service team combination with Service Advisor Nash Harripersad and Service Technician Nino Gambino. While Nash brings his valuable experience as a service advisor with his friendly, accessible, and accommodating personality, Nino brings his 50 years of highly skilled Volvo service experience with a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness -- and I state this from personal experience, knowing Nino for decades as we follow him to whatever dealership he is employed at. As the Empire Volvo website's Home page boldly states, from our experience, they do admirably succeed in providing "Award Winning Service", promising "... the best maintenance and service for your Volvo. Personal, professional, and efficient." -- And for that, credit must also be given in large part to General Manager Kristin Hendrick and Service Manager James Good. More

So this is my third time that I leased from Empire Volvo. I cannot say enough how wonderful and friendly all the people who work at this dealership are! I had 2 months left on my lease so I knew I needed to I cannot say enough how wonderful and friendly all the people who work at this dealership are! I had 2 months left on my lease so I knew I needed to make a decision whether to purchase my 2021 S60 Volvo or lease a new 2024 S60 Volvo. My niece had purchased a Volvo for the first time at Empire Volvo & was so happy with her salesman, Spokmenko Pajovic (Seme). She said that I needed to deal with him, so I took her up on her advice and was not disappointed. He was amazing, helpful, & honest! My heart was set on one specific car 2024 S60 & he made it happen along with Nick in finance who was also amazing! I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase! Shout out to Dan, Thank you with all your help & patience explaining & helping me navigating this new car. You were always helpful when you worked in the service department & now in sales. Shout out to Lisa at the front desk who is always so personable as well! I Love the fact when I bring my Volvo for service my car is always cleaned & washed & never have to wait long for it to be serviced.
