I just purchased a used Acura RDX 3 days ago from Empire Volvo, and I drove out of there so very happy. Lana Vladi was my saleswoman and she was amazing! She couldn’t have been more nicer. Never any pressure or pushy, and worked very hard to keep the whole process moving smoothly and efficiently. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else! Dylan the Manager was also very friendly and went out of his was to make sure I got the most money for my trade in. Nick Locasio, the finance guy, also couldn’t have been nicer. He was straightforward, honest, and fully explained every paper I signed in the end. I came from 120 miles away and these people did not leave till almost 11pm, so I would be able to drive home in my Acura. They all couldn’t have been more patient and nicer! What auto dealership can you say all these great things about? I never did before and I’m 65 years old. The showroom and facilities are top shelf! Really immaculate. And I didn’t pay one dime over the advertised price. No added dealer fees at all! And thanks so much to Joshua, who drove 45 minutes to pick me up and was also very nice and patient with me. I can’t enough fantastic things about this dealership. I bought a used Acura and Lana treated me like I was buying a brand new Volvo. I recently called the dealership as I had encountered a problem with using the navigation, but apparently only in certain areas. When I arrived I was greeted by Will Pulistar. My car was seen very quickly, by Nino Gambino, the technician I favor to work on all my cars. It was found that the car just needed a software upgrade. I have learned to trust Nino's expertise impeccably and have followed him to this dealership from where he was previously, as I have done for the last decades. There is no one finer to work on my cars. His work is flawless, he is very thorough and extremely honest and between him and the service writers he works with there I don't find I get talked into anything I don't need. Very ethical and credible. I was out of the dealership rather quickly and am very pleased with the way I was treated, as always. More
