Denise in customer service was awesome I told her of my situation and schedule and what I needed done. She went out of her way to help me then to top it off asked me if she could help with anything else. I situation and schedule and what I needed done. I told her I needed tires really bad and she found what I needed and wanted so I ordered them returning tomorrow to have them installed. With customer service like this I definitely will return no matter how small our how big of hop I need done to my truck . One of the worst dealerships I have visited. The salesperson was great but the sales manager and finance person were very deceptive and dishonest. At one point their explanations contradicted each other. Required an additional $3,000 if we chose not to finance with the dealership. If we did finance with the dealership there would be a penalty if the loan was paid off before 3 payments were made. This is not a bank policy but is an Encore policy based on the amount of kick back they receive for financing the vehicle . More

Sales is fine but service department was very confusing after I had called and confirmed information on my SUV service plan. Once on arrive the person I had spoken to the day before had pulled up the wrong after I had called and confirmed information on my SUV service plan. So we told that our oil changes were include with no charge but we ended up having to pay for the oil change after arriving. Then got told they could not look at our head light due to it being after market and we have only owned the SUV 3 months and haven't changed anything on it. So I was very disappointed with the service department. More
I didn't have a good service experience here. It took over 2 hours for a basic oil change with car wash. They had to take the car back 3 times to get it right.
