This was the worst vehicle buying experience I ever had. I had my own financing and seemed as if I was being punished. They gave me and my bank a hard time getting the paperwork needed to finish the deal. I had my own financing and seemed as if I was being punished. They gave me and my bank a hard time getting the paperwork needed to finish the deal. When I came to pick up the Jeep it was not serviced or washed. They wasted my whole day and the staff is full of liars and no one seems to know what’s going on. They also told me my trade has no value and a could of days later it’s on their Lot for sale for a whole lot more than they said it’s worth. I believe this dealership is full of crap and Jeep should not send them anymore vehicles to sell ever. Very bad buying experience and I will never go back to Encore Jeep in Mobile. More

The absolute worst service. I came in to purchase a $60k Jeep. Was ready to buy. Preapproval with my credit union ready to go, knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, knew I wanted it, all I needed was a fair Jeep. Was ready to buy. Preapproval with my credit union ready to go, knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, knew I wanted it, all I needed was a fair trade price (when I already had 3 other places offer me a faur trade, they just didn't have exactly what I wanted). Scheduled an appointment, went in, gave them the keys to my car immediately for appraisal bc I knew that provided they offered an appropriate amount for my trade, I would purchase. They took over 40 minutes to get the keys to the Jeep, even though I scheduled the appointment and told them specifically which vehicle I was coming in for. We took it for a test drive, came back, waited another hour or so after that for them to look at the trade, even though they had already had an hour or so to look it over. I then was advised that there was some small tick that the manager heard on the hemi engine (even though I JUST had it serviced and was told the car was in perfect mechanical condition n was offered a great trade price then & there, but they didn't have the Jeep I wanted). The car has no tick, it sounds like a hemi. He told me to come back the next day (I drove an hour to get there, single working military mom of 3) so that their shop could take a look at it. Even though when I got there it was WELL before their shop closed and if they had done as they should have when I got there and looked at it in the FIRST HOUR they had the keys, they had PLENTY of time to do so when the shop was STILL OPEN! I literally smiled at the last mechanic leaving for the day just before the manager came over to tell me he needed me to come back when the shop is open. Makes me wonder whether that was the issue or whether it was that he didn't want to haveto be there late when they were set to close in 30 minutes, so bc they wasted 2 hours (4.5 really bc the pouring rain drive from another state I had to make to get there & back was over an hour each direction) of my time, they didn't want to be inconvenienced. So, customer ready to buy, spend $60k treated like this is just unbelievable to me. No respect for customer's time, drive out, etc. These people do not care in the very least about their customers. GO ELSEWHERE. More
