Joshua Gould was the best he was our salesman and very friendly open and honest we told him what we could afford and what we needed in a vehicle, having 7 1/2 grandchildren we needed at the very least 7 seats there were more features I wanted and with the 7day 1000 miles trade in option it worked out great. We did trade our old vehicle which was not worth too much, and then we used their trade in option because I found another vehicle with all the features that I wanted. Ro Wilson is the supervisor and he was awesome to work with. Rashawn was another person who was awesome to work with. Actually everyone we worked with directly had the best customer service ever. I called ask to speak to manager I NEVER was put through always back to salesperson that gave promises but didn't follow through. Manager Ro called me two weeks later after purchase inquiring about experience. So I let him know how I felt things went. I was supposedly set up an appointment to have car checked. I took car in at appointment time I didn't have an appointment. I called Ro he did get it in to be checked. They said fuses but it keeps doing same thing. I have not have car a month yet. I have called, text Ro the manager cause he said go through him not salesman.. NO REPLY.. The experience of car shopping was one I had never experienced before. I was ask what I was looking for then salesman went pulled a car around front. Not really sure if I like that or if I am ole fashion an like going around looking at cars lol Darrius made promises but never followed through. I think he did this to make the sell.. I would recommend the Charlotte location but just get it in writing or get what you are promised before leaving lot. More

In fact, I felt so comfortable with them, I did not drive the vehicle until AFTER I purchased the car. Now that's trust and my trusting them was not misplaced. When I got into 2016 Chevrolet Malibu, it drove like a dream. Their staff are all very friendly and there was a good vibe in the building.
