Won me over I went not expecting too much but the professionalism of the Mobile staff was awesome. I actually had an appointment with another Mobile dealer the same day and called and cancelled as I felt I found the right place for me. Their communication was spot on as phone calls were returned promptly. My questions regarding the vehicles I was looking at were answered quickly and correctly. I bought the truck and have told as many people as I could about my experience. I will return the next time I want to buy. More

I had a car picked out that was in Louisiana since it had lower miles but he was very pushy like they got a bonus if I purchased from their lot and made statements as if he had the power to withdraw my loan if I didn't agree with him (Leslie in the Mobile, Al office). So pretty much I left with what he wanted instead of what I liked and wanted. I would never deal with them again! I informed him that there was something wrong with my front end and he sent me over to firestone but you can tell by the person's attitude he spoke with the people before I got there because I left firestone with the same issue! I called HR to put a complaint in but still have not received a call back to this day. Seem to have great cars but I did not appreciate the customer service. My original sales person was Travis. He was great but you can tell that that if I stated something he wanted to change he would speak to Leslie and it was Leslie job to change your mind and close the deal. More
