The service was out standing, I was greeted when I walked into the service department for my appointment. My 2018 Dodge was in for a replacement of the hydraulic control unit, during the technician’s inspection he identified a couple of other issues and thru my extended warranty the service manager was able to control unit, during the technician’s inspection he identified a couple of other issues and thru my extended warranty the service manager was able to get everything covered under the warranty. The end result is my truck is back on the road and I am very satisfied with the end result! More
Great experience with the service department! I am very particular on who I will let work on our JL and they did not disappoint. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, from the front desk staff, to the skilled tech that performed the work, to the Service Director who reviewed the warranty work with me. Thank you all so much for stepping up and taking care of this TSB warranty issue! It has 100% resolved the incredibly unsafe steering issues we were experiencing and I have complete confidence now with my wife and kids in this Jeep. If you are looking for competent, honest, timely people who actually listen to your concerns this dealership should be number one on your list. Years ago one Jeep service department after another disappointed me. Someone told me about Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My first visit wasn't my last. They were honest and very respectful to me. The service department has always been wonderful to me and my Jeep "Just Jack". Will and Grace fan can you tell? When I called for an oil and filter change John at the service department was very understanding about me being nervous about my safety during this pandemic. He booked the last oil change of the day for me. When I got there John wasn't there but Risa was. She too has always made me feel welcomed. She said if there is anything you need just let me know. While waiting I visited Jason in the parts department. He showed me all the new Jeep items. BTW I love my new jeep mug. Jason will be calling me in the Fall about their Jeep hoodies. I just love my hoodie I got a couple of years ago. This is how all dealerships, service and parts departments should treat their customers. Thank you John, Risa, and Jason. More
EXCELLENT!! Service I was concerned about my Jeep overheating one day. I made an appointment but I called almost every day before hand telling the service department what I was concerned about my Jeep overheating one day. I made an appointment but I called almost every day before hand telling the service department what I thought the cause was from Googling. Wade in the service department got most of my calls. He was very understanding and so were the others. They knew how I felt about my Jeep. The day of the appointment they run a test. The test results came back with nothing. It was just an extra hot day in which I was in two long traffic jams which caused the overheating. I asked how much I owe them. I knew labor was $165 an hour but wasn't sure about the price of the test. They told me you owe us nothing. I was shocked in the past about them being honest with me but now I was WOWed by their kindness and understanding. Only this dealership/service department will get my busy. Thank you again. Turned away for service! I made an appointment online for a complete service and a recall on my Dodge 2500 pick up. This would be a $2000 dollar revenue generator for them. My truck carries a camper full time. 10'6" tall and 7' 6" wide. I was told by the service writer that "I will not have my technicians working outside in the slush and the rain, we can do the recall outside and that's all". I have been in the customer service profession for 40 years and have never turned a customer away because their equipment would not fit in our shop! If a customer purchased our product, we do what ever it takes to take care of them to include working in what ever weather is present. It is sad when a dealer or a manufacturer gets to the point of not needing customers and believing we need them. More

During these "Jeep Years" I have used several area dealers for service. It didn't take long for me to decide Enumclaw Jeep was the best in the South Puget Sound area. They have always been ready for me when I arrive for my appointment and they always seem to get the work done in the expected time frame. Their personnel are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have had numerous experiences with Enumclaw Jeep and never had a bad one! Not your typical dealership! More
