The transition to Envision Ford from Advantage Ford was a 'rocky' one. Trying to get through to the service bay, get info on recalls, etc was tough. So patient during the lo g wait for my new Bronco. It made me decide to give Envision another try. So glad I did! Everything has smoothed out nicely. Everyone there is great! More

I went to the envisioned to get the battery on my vehicle replaced. I was $432 because the dealer was closing in 1/2 hour and Marcos my service advisor told me he had to assign two techs. Once completed they cleaned and wash my vehicle. Only one issue they accidentally spilled battery acid on the bumper of my car. The acid is eating my paint, I understand they had a time frame to complete the service, but they should have noticed that they spilled the acid on my bumper there were two of them. Not sure who I should contniue my grievance with. This is totally not acceptable. Owe and I was told I had a military/ veteran discount? More
