The service department has consistently been excellent with me and my cars. I now strictly deal with polo as my service advisor. She knows me by my License plate, So when I pull in, he always has a big smile and a welcoming hello. Polo is sharp, thorough, precise, and much more in his prompt Response via telephone or text if not immediately within 10 minutes. I personally cannot say enough good things about polo Hernandez. I am hoping in their change to envision ford that they keep the employees that truly go the extra mile as polo does. More

Your costs for an oil change have become too high. I was told on my last visit that I had a leak in the rear end suspension, and to replace it would be $825. I don't know what happened but at the end the human connection completely disappeared. Being handed off to Gabriel wasn't appropriate and he didn't seem to know how or what to show us. In the end he fumbled through a turnover and we were sent on or way. I don't know what I was expecting but something a bit more positive was due. Overall, I thought we were treated well and the people we met represented the company well. The biggest disappointment came when the car I came to see was not there as shown on the website but turned out to be in Oxnard. Because it wasn't there, I was unable to show it to my wife and we ended up with a nice car but not the one I wanted and thought I would leave with. More
