Bought my 2017 Ford Explorer in on 7/11/2024 for a transmission issue, problem with driver seat cooler, and Sync issue. They found no issue with the transmission, repaired the other two issues. Now, there is a problem with the front air bag warning light. I am very disappointed with Envision Ford of Duarte's service. The Service Writers are good people. Their philosophy seems to be "just get the car in for service". "Once we have it, the customer will just have to wait". More

Probably the worst buying experience I’ve had . Inconsistent and poor communication from the beginning . Was lied to about the status of my delivery and only got an estimated arrival date after Multiple calls . Car arrived with no contractual paperwork to prove I purchased so I can’t register . Have called finance and sales multiple times to correct but get excuses and zero follow up . This is my first time buying a ford and it’s been a terrible experience so far . Not sure if this is indicative of the staff or virtual car buying experience but I won’t be doing that again . More
