When I brought vehicle in for its maintenance, Mechanic left oil cap completely off. When I asked about simple questions about fluids being exchanged from differential, Tony was absolutely clueless to the left oil cap completely off. When I asked about simple questions about fluids being exchanged from differential, Tony was absolutely clueless to the answer. AND, he couldn't had cared less about the missing oil cap. Then, I was charged for (2) services that were covered on my warranty. He, nor the service manager, nor the general manager did NOT acknowledge any of my phone calls. Their names are: Steven Sao & David Zarabi. Nobody cares at this dealership for your needs. AT ALL. This place should be shut down, now!!. How unprofessional & uncalled for & negligent of Envision Ford of Duarte. More

By far the worst customer service and overall experience I've ever had. My car was in the service department for 4 weeks without be given a loaner or a rental car. Advisor ignored my calls and messages for I've ever had. My car was in the service department for 4 weeks without be given a loaner or a rental car. Advisor ignored my calls and messages for over a week asking for an update. I finally had to drive to the dealership to confront him and then the car was "miraculously" finished the next day. Will avoid this place at all costs in the future. More
