Called late Wednesday afternoon, talked with a gal on Service, don't recall her name. She made us an 8am appointment to have ' Check Engine Light On' the next day. Met with Frank Delgadill turned car ove Service, don't recall her name. She made us an 8am appointment to have ' Check Engine Light On' the next day. Met with Frank Delgadill turned car over 7:45a. Got a call from Frank Thursday afternoon, he indicated Oxygen sensor was bad. I approved the repair but, he indicated the would not be completed till Friday. Received early notice Friday that repair had been made and car was ready for pick up. Picked my car around noon. More
On 1/27 I had an a tire pressure sensor fault error on my 2020 Escape. I have a premium care extended warranty good until 11/26 and told Franklin I thought that this was covered and he told me it was not cov 2020 Escape. He tried to charge me up until the point I brought proof from Colley Ford that it was covered by Ford under my warranty. I was trying to show this to the service manager, who was out to lunch at the time. Franklin seemed a little panicked and ended up reimbursing me for the charge and recharged me for the $100 deductible to fix the tire sensor which he should've done in the first place. I ended up spending a half a day and a couple of trips back-and-forth for something he should've known in the first place. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me as a customer, and it seemed somewhat shady. I tried to called Steven Sao the service manager and left a voicemail to voice my displeasure , but he did not call me back on this matter. More
Took car in for two recall notices, they didn’t have a rental and didn’t even offer me a ride home. Was sent a video of my car’s status, was told I needed to have my coolant flushed. Did the mechanic ev rental and didn’t even offer me a ride home. Was sent a video of my car’s status, was told I needed to have my coolant flushed. Did the mechanic even look at the coolant? I had it flushed less than 1K miles ago, before taking it to the dealer. When car was ready, they called to let me know too close to closing, KNOWING I didn’t have a mode of transportation to get me there before closing. They were only able to fix one of the recalls. When I got there the next day, no one reviewed the service order with me or explained what was fixed and replaced on my car, or when they’d be able to fix the other recall. They had me sign the service order and sent me on my way. The service at Envision Ford in Duarte, Ca isn’t worth the time. I’ll be taking my car to another dealership to have the other recall fixed.💩👎🏼 More
