Your costs for an oil change have become too high. I was told on my last visit that I had a leak in the rear end suspension, and to replace it would be $825. I had it checked at another place, and t I was told on my last visit that I had a leak in the rear end suspension, and to replace it would be $825. I had it checked at another place, and there was no leak. I saw with my own eyes that there was no leak. (car was raised up so I could look) I cannot keep coming with all those kind of reports and expenses. Marco does a wonderful job, and I have been very pleased with his service on my previous visits. I don't know what happened but at the end the human connection completely disappeared. Being handed off to Gabriel wasn't appropriate and he didn't seem to know how or what to show us. In the end he fu connection completely disappeared. Being handed off to Gabriel wasn't appropriate and he didn't seem to know how or what to show us. In the end he fumbled through a turnover and we were sent on or way. I don't know what I was expecting but something a bit more positive was due. Overall, I thought we were treated well and the people we met represented the company well. The biggest disappointment came when the car I came to see was not there as shown on the website but turned out to be in Oxnard. Because it wasn't there, I was unable to show it to my wife and we ended up with a nice car but not the one I wanted and thought I would leave with. More
