Had an early morning appointment and took my vehicle in for oil change and waited for over 3 hours just to find out 3 hours later my paper work was not pulled for servicing. Seemed like customer service is for oil change and waited for over 3 hours just to find out 3 hours later my paper work was not pulled for servicing. Seemed like customer service is below what I would expect from a new dealership. Been a Advantage customer for over 20+ years, and comparing them to Advantage, they have a lot to learn. I feel waiting over 3 hours to have an oil change and not letting me know there is a delay until I went out and inquired about my vehicle and I was told they just pulled my paperwork. Ended up leaving and not to return to this dealership again. More

Lots of Miss information in the beginning, shipping took about 15 days to get to AZ after purchased in the dealership. No communication at all, as I was forced to call everyday for information. I was quoted $250 for a key and then was told it was almost $400, but they did honor their word after multiple complaints about that. Overall a very bad and disappointing experience with the dealership. I hate the fact that the general manager is only responsible for shipping, I cannot work around their time, I am a very busy guy myself and I had to cancel multiple business trips due to this Van. They guaranteed the delivery on the 13day of purchase and it still arrives 2 days late… unfortunately never again will they have my business and I will inform others from my horrific experience. More
