I brought my car in have the hood latch repaired or replaced, whichever needed to happen. The repair was completed successfully, but when I got home and tried out the new hood latch I noticed that the replaced, whichever needed to happen. The repair was completed successfully, but when I got home and tried out the new hood latch I noticed that the paint on the hood had been damaged. This had not been mentioned to me nor even an apology offered. When I contacted the service department and brought it up, I was told it hadn't happened. We've been customers at this location for 25 years. The customer service and attention to detail have gone downhill since the dealership changed hands and became Envision Ford. More
