I brought my car in have the hood latch repaired or replaced, whichever needed to happen. This had not been mentioned to me nor even an apology offered. When I contacted the service department and brought it up, I was told it hadn't happened. Envision is the definition of a scam service department. Price gouging, misdiagnosing and poor service quality. I will never buy another Ford product.
