My experience working with Victor was a complete 180 from my previous experience with Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood - in all of the best ways possible! Victor listened to what I wanted, and treated me with my previous experience with Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood - in all of the best ways possible! Victor listened to what I wanted, and treated me with a tremendous amount of respect. He didn't push once. He gave me all of the information I needed to make the most informed decision. He went above and beyond -- responded to my endless questions via text, and respected the amount of time I said I would be wiling to spend in the dealership - a stark contrast to the 6 hours I spent in North Hollywood. He took the time to put my temporary plates on himself, and was thoughtful enough to ask if he wanted to me to remove my license plate frames from my old card. Thank you so much Victor, I sincerely appreciate your help!! More

Bad experience with the service department. Came in for a recall and was also supposed to have my tires rotated, cabin air filter changed, and the charging port pins cleaned. I believe the recall (software upgrade) was done, but my tires were not rotated, the cabin air filter was put in upside down, and the charging port pins were not cleaned - there was still dust which I cleaned myself. I do not recommend. More
