Bought a used car with low miles. (3300 mi) Paid top dollar. Made me buy some add ons that didnt want. Need a new rear bumper and paint and repair front bumper, over 4k damaged on car they sold me. Can't blame the dealer because I trusted the cerified vehicle on the window and did not do my check around.$1499 protection on all their car is mandatory to purchase so what ever deal you make with this dealer be prepared to pay $1499 more.Sales person was great and manager was good too but I would never go back to this dealer for purchase. Certified vehicle has no meaning to this dealer.Im wondering if they even did a simple oil change before they sold it to me.. Ill find out soon.. More
I was scammed and mislead. Went in for a recall had to pay $770.00 for a service I didn't need. Employees would not give me their full names. I got Edgar and Steve. I arrived at 9:00 AM for a recall repair that I had received in the mail from Ford Motor Company. During check‑in, the service employee informed me that my vehicle “needed a 15,000‑mile checkup.” I immediately questioned this, as I had already contacted the dealership where I leased the truck—West Covina Ford—and was told that no such 15,000‑mile service exists for my vehicle. The employee then asked where I leased the truck. When I said West Covina, he responded, “Well, we’ve heard a lot of bad things about that dealership, but I don’t want to bad‑mouth them.” He then claimed that if I did not complete this supposed 15,000‑mile service, I would face “late fees” when returning the vehicle at the end of the lease. This statement was false, misleading, and clearly intended to pressure me into authorizing unnecessary work. Only after I signed the paperwork did the employee disclose that the service would cost $1,000, telling me I could “pay when I come back.” When I returned home, I again contacted West Covina Ford’s service and finance departments, both of which confirmed that no 15,000‑mile checkup exists and that I had been misled. I immediately called Envision Ford of Duarte. The representative, Edgar, provided scripted responses and insisted that “the work was already done” before the recall repair was performed .He offered employee discount total was $772.05. I requested to speak with a manager and was told that “Steve” would call me back. He never did. Due to urgent medical appointments for my 90‑year‑old mother the following day, I had no choice but to pay the $1,000 to retrieve my vehicle. I wrote directly on the receipt that I disputed the charges and was paying under protest. More

I stopped in at Envision Ford to make an appointment since my 2002 Ford Explorer was loosing coolant from the reservoir. They diagnosed the complete vehicle to get it in tip-top shape so I'm not strande since my 2002 Ford Explorer was loosing coolant from the reservoir.
