I'm not blaming your dealership.I'm blaming the credibility of your dealership. Is it okay not to tell me that there's front damage and rear damage on the vehicle.? Also, the car only has one key. Is it not ethical to tell me these things? So I can make the determination of purchase or reassess the value of the vehicle? I ask this question to one of your staff members and I got an answer " we are not obligated to tell you these issues" So I guess it's my fault. I didn't do my diligence.. Thank you envision Ford.

nvision Ford of Duarte has shown a clear pattern of deceptive and unresponsive behavior. I provided my contact information, and no one ever followed up. They are also refusing to respond to the Better Business Bureau, which raises serious concerns about how they handle consumer complaints. There is already an active lawsuit — Nona Grigoryan vs. Envision Ford of Duarte — filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court involving similar allegations, which shows this isn’t an isolated issue. I’m looking for guidance on what legal actions consumers can take against a dealership that repeatedly ignores complaints and engages in questionable practices. There are also other reports of similar conduct.
