How would you rate Some very guy who obviously knows nothing about how to pull up a customer record and verify their maintenance plan. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday and it had to stay until Monday nothing about how to pull up a customer record and verify their maintenance plan. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday and it had to stay until Monday and My regular service advised was off so this guy tried to charge me for something my maintenance plan covered- he tried to look something up on the computer with no luck- Leo (was on a customer call) was interrupted to ok the release of my vehicle When I got home I noticed that there we're dangling cables So returned to the service center, fortunately Marco my regular service person (he is the best) was in and he helped resolved the issue. It makes you wonder able the quality of service being provided? More

Wife's car needed repair to rear deck lid. Parts replaced , lid fixed Repair was $2,600 which was expensive but I exp ted it to be around that price. I have owned and run several businesses , passing on a cost of doing business to your customer is an easy unexpected increase, and if their credit card company is charging 5% they need to shop around. Feels like their making a profit on this up charge as well More
