I have already done that and did not receive a satisfactory response. I have bought and leased cars from this dealership in recent years and because of the unapologetic misleading upselling from the service department I feel I can no longer trust this place. I was also sold on Lincoln’s gold service yet they not only require I bring the car in but no longer provide uber/lyft. Penny pinching and upselling of “recommended” services isn’t a way to treat loyal customers. Steer clear of this dealership.
