As a Service Adviser, Chr I always recommend Piercey Toyota to all of my friends and neighbors as a great place to buy and service their Toyota cars. As a Service Adviser, Chris Abernathy is great. He listens to what my concerns are and works proactively to make sure that Piercey does everything possible to make my service experience as good as he can make it. However, there are certain things that Chris or other advisers have control over. The first is the car wash. The drought is over and it is high time that Piercey reinstate the free car wash after every full service. As a minimum, please wash the windows inside and out like other service companies The second thing are the hot chocolate packets that Piercey used to provide beside the coffee machine. Please return the free hot chocolate packets so I can flavor my coffee like I use to a couple of years ago. The third thing is the coffee creamer. Currently Piercey provides one huge container of coffee creamer for all customers. If you study the habits of customers, not every customer uses the common creamer. The reason for this is that some customers have a habit of coughing on their hands and grab the common spoon inside the creamer container with their contaminated hands. After putting the creamer into their coffee cup they return the common spoon back into the large creamer container resulting in the bio contamination of the entire common creamer container. Please provide small individualized packets of creamer so that each customer's creamer is not subject to bio contamination by other customers not very conscious about where there hands have been. Face it, some customers hardly ever wash their hands, and these people are contaminating the common spoon they redeposit into the common source of creamer. Providing a huge common container of creamer for use by all customers is a bad idea. Piercey Toyota should be a lot more customer centric and provide small individual creamer packets for customers to flavor their coffee. More

First Time Car Buyer I came in this afternoon with the intention of purchasing a used car I had been eyeing for a couple days now. Things didn't quite go as planned in reg I came in this afternoon with the intention of purchasing a used car I had been eyeing for a couple days now. Things didn't quite go as planned in regards to that car. Instead, I ended up leaving with a brand new car that exceeded all my expectations AND was within my price range. Rod Lejat was a tremendous help throughout this entire process & made a first time car buyer (myself!!) super comfortable and confident in my decision. Rod's customer service is phenomenal; he really takes into account your concerns and tries to find a compromise that fulfills both parties needs. I have nothing bad to say about my experience as a first time customer/buyer here. I've been to many, many dealerships and this is the first time I've witnessed people so passionate about their job and it really shines through in the service that they provide.
