#1 Service Manager, Jazz Singh I brought my car in for a soft brake pedal. This visit I met Jazz. He was concerned that the problem appeared to be ongoing. He not only reviewed the history, carefully, but assigned my car to a Sr. Mechanic. A diagnostic was performed and it revealed air in the brakes. He provided outstanding customer service by updating me on the mechanics findings and also by letting me know how long the wait would be. I am very pleased to report that after 11 months of this problem, Jazz and the Sr. mechanic, both made me feel safe behind the wheel once and for all.
