Awesome customer service My husband and I went in earlier this week to see what type of deal we could get if we traded in our SUV. We were looking for a smaller vehicle due to My husband and I went in earlier this week to see what type of deal we could get if we traded in our SUV. We were looking for a smaller vehicle due to being tired of the large V8 truck and the rising gas prices. We walked in around 8:30 pm, and Piercey closes at 9:00 pm. We were greeted by Daniel who helped me fill out the application just to see what it was I qualified for and we were met with warmth and kindness. He was moving fast, but not once did I feel rushed or hurried due to it being so close to closing time. Peter helped us out by going around the lot and finding a vehicle that he felt would suit us. There is a Memorial Day sale going on, so he told us about a few of the deals being offered and showed us to the 2018 Rav 4s that might interest us. He was extremely courteous and never made us feel as though he was trying to push the vehicle on us. He seemed to be much more interested in our comfort than a sale. I highly recommend him and give the young man much praise, especially with him expressing that he was new to Piercey. He went over all of the features of the Rav 4 and when I told him we were interested, he allowed us to take our time to pick the color and test drive it as we wished. Once we started dealing with numbers, Peter helped us out again by not only getting the bank to offer more money for our trade in, he had his supervisor drop the down payment so that it was a more achievable amount for us. He was most definitely a very helpful salesman. In the financing department, Mai is AMAZING. Not only does she have an awesome attitude and upbeat personality, she truly makes you feel like she is there to help. She gave me the phone number to her direct line just in case I happen to have any questions or need anything. We were there for a good 4 hours and we were hungry. Not only did Mai give us an extremely good deal, she gave us chips to snack on as to curb our hunger until we were able to finish the deal. All in all, I would highly recommend Piercey Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Their customer service is unmatched. More
