Most outstanding vehicle purchase experience ever Piercey Toyota is outstanding !!! Naveed was my salesperson. Super friendly. I called ahead of time, so he was waiting for me when i arrived. He has a great demeanor, super knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle and was with me the whole time. Never left we waiting. There was no pressure and I got a great deal! This is significant to me since for every vehicle purchased over the last 30 years (7 or so) i have always ended up in front of the sales manager. I am a good negotiator and typically the salesman taps out and sends me to the Sales Manager. For this deal, Calvin was the sales manager. While Naveed handled my deal, which only took two back and forth conversations, after we settled on a price i was so happy i wanted to meet Calvin in person, since he ultimately gives the approval for the sale price. He was so nice, and not crabby like other sales managers i have encountered over my lifetime. I could tell that his professionalism and personal demeanor is an example set my him for all other staff on his team to emulate. Mai handled the Finance. She is so sweet, very professional and so pleasant to visit with as she wrapped up my deal. Truly Excellent. . The specific thing that makes Piercey and the team i worked with on my purchase so exceptional is their focus on the relationship- not milking you for as much $$ as possible. They realize that if you leave happy you will come back and recommend others. Much better in the long run than them getting an extra $500. Basic 5000 mile checkup Dexter was really very helpful checking me into the Service Dept. for my Appt. on 5/16. He informed me of the services that my Rav4 was due for and Dexter was really very helpful checking me into the Service Dept. for my Appt. on 5/16. Since my car has low mileage it was not due for extra service so we postponed that till the next scheduled checkup. Quick service for a non-appointment drop in. Stopped in casually to see if I can make an appointment to get my transmission fluid exchanged. Turned out Jazz said he could work it in that day.
