During our search and appointments we only encountered pushy and untrustworthy men (we are both women), it was unpleasant and we did not feel comfortable making such a large purchase with any of them. They would question our decision of the trim that we want and the features we want with the car and try to push other models or color of the car on us. I don't understand when salespeople do this. It's already ridiculously expensive to purchase a new car in the states - for many it is a big decision to incur a large monthly payment, especially in the Bay Area. Similar to purchasing a home, you want to make sure you're being taken care of by someone who actually cares about what your needs and wants are. We finally located our dream car at Piercey Toyota through their website and made an appointment to visit. Turns out the SALESWOMAN that my partner had inquired with about a car several months ago reached out to us to confirm our appointment. When I found out that we were meeting with a woman I was doubly excited to checkout the car and have a REAL conversation with a person who can have empathy for our needs and reality. If you're looking for a pleasant and smooth car purchase experience, Pari Juergens is your lady! She is a true pleasure to work with and made our experience one that we will not forget! She is not pushy and is patient and is very knowledgeable about the cars, financials and process. She explained everything in detail and clearly so that we understood what the numbers we were looking at meant and how it would affect our purchase. This was our first time visiting the dealership and it is nice and large with plenty of room to space out, Pari went the extra step and sanitized the tables, chairs and pens for us too when it was time to do the paperwork. There were hand sanitizer dispensers stationed throughout the dealership for you to use when you needed and everyone kept their masks on all the time. We are so happy with our Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2021 which will be our car for the next decade or so! We also discussed with her the possibility of personalizing our car and adding accessories (tow hitch, door guards, etc.). After our purchase she made sure to take care of us and connect us with the right folks to get these items scheduled! The personalized care and continued communication is truly appreciated and something that I enjoy when connecting with great salespeople. You really can't beat the service you will get from her. The other folks we worked with and encountered were truly great as well, it felt like a family of folks that run the place and honestly, that's how businesses earn and keep their customers. Thanks to Pari the whole process of buying Toyota was smooth and efficient, and I didn't feel any rushing or pressure. Negotiations were respectful and we came to terms fairly quickly. Going through paperwork at the Insurance and Financial departments didn't take long and the officers were professional and friendly (shame on me - I can't remember their names). Also, when everything was done, Pari offered to drive my new Toyota to my house. It was getting late and the drive was pretty long. I accepted the offer with great appreciation as I was alone at the dealership and wasn't trading in my old car. If it wasn't for Pari's help, I wouldn't be able to complete everything in one day. We were driving three cars to my home - I was driving my old car, Alejandro, another agent, was driving my new car and Pari followed us in her truck to bring Alejandro back. All that obviously wasn't mandatory and it really made my car buying experience at Piercey Toyota extra special. More

I've always used Piercy. Since Covid sip, I'm scared to come in because each time I come in, people do NOT have their masks on and I have to shout at them and talk to the service manager. I'm a disabled senior and resent that they think it's funny when I ask, tho the service mgr did get on the com and tell his guys to put on their masks. My service rep Huong is no longer there - staying home taking care of her kids during the covid sip. She knew me and my car. Ricardo looked up my car and said I NEEDED some service. Since these are items I normally got during big service (like 100K), I didn't know if I needed it or not. I'm retired and no longer commuting so I am not driving as much. I did them any way. Spending over $600 is a hardship for me. But the only way I can make my 20 yr car work to 25 or more years is to keep up the maintenance. If they made the camry or corrolla like they did in 2000, I'd buy another. My sister and nephew bought the new ones in 2019, and I don't like them. Too darn big. I ramble cause I'm a grouchy old lady now. More
