Dealer Repairs can be expensive, but it gets done right. Sometimes you just need to go to the dealer to get the job done right. As a longtime Toyota owner and customer of Piercy Toyota, I do appreciate the staff explaining the pros and cons of repairs and alternatives. I had one of those issues that don't occur very often and taking a road test with the Shop Foreman, Ron, was a great example of the level of effort they take to solve the problem. Ron figured out the problem and solution which he was going to integrate into ongoing training of his staff. Kevin's service representative Todd has always been great and now that I have met Ron, I am impressed with all of the service staff. More
