Service Center Evolves Initially, when I bought my car and serviced with Piercey Toyota it has evolved into a very customer centric service center from 2011 to now. I have Initially, when I bought my car and serviced with Piercey Toyota it has evolved into a very customer centric service center from 2011 to now. I have never had problems with any service to my car, but initially the making of appointment, getting service advisors to intake car for service on appointment, and getting back car from service has improved, extremely. I am happy with the service center evolution. I am more concerned with sales department, and its inability to recognize as the customer car ages, they don't talk customer about trade-ins, and not following through with requests to show new cars as the customer is waiting for the car to be serviced. I think this coupling between the service and sales is a weakness of the dealership. More
