I found a used car listed online, one I’ve been looking to get for months, and the entire team got involved and delivered one of the best possible experiences I could have imagined. I live in LA, so it was a leap of faith to cold call, agree on the price, and then go pick up the car, but my trust was reward by everyone at the dealership. Everyone was fast, responsive, understanding of working with someone remotely, and fantastic at every step. They didn’t just do the basics or the minimum, they went way beyond the norm to help me finalize the deal quickly and easily as well as work out a plan for pick up. My salesman, Johnny was incredible. Rick, VP of Sales, was beyond warm and caring and hospitable, and he’s a true car guy that cares deeply about customers – it’s obvious. Roy was awesome and so accommodating. Since I was from out of town, I even got to know the head porter who so kindly made time in a very busy day to give me a ride to the bank and back. We talked sports and had a great time even doing something mundane. The paperwork was a breeze with Betty; she was very clear in what I was signing, efficient, and friendly. I have no reason not to believe everyone at the store is equally wonderful. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I felt like I made friends – something many can’t say about their buying experience at many other car dealerships I’m sure.
