Then he went got the key and said let's go for a test drive and we have not yet standing there for a minute and there we were test driving the suv, I love the trust Marlon showed us - I consider that as a respect showed to the customer. In the negotiating portion, Marlon passed the task to Chaz Romualdez, a very respectful pinoy guy and very thorough with the explanation. We negotiate back and forth and he never showed frustration and I must say Chaz did a very good job until we came up with respectable number that we can accept - good job Chaz. He also helped us with Toyota apps installed on our phone and explained in detail how to use it, I appreciate that thank you. Then the final walk through, Chaz gave us the detailed explanation of how those buttons and screens work - for us seniors hehe we might struggle to remember those instructions later on but thanks for all your help. So thank you Marlon, Chaz and Carlos (Finance) for the quickest and fun way to purchase our first RAV4 XLE-Premium. I must say Envision Toyota of West Covina is definitely a lot better dealership and treat its customers with respect unlike the dealership at Peck Rd. I had to do the leg work of figuring out that the reason they have not disbursed funds and it was because Envision never uploaded loan documents showing any car purchase. Huge lack of communication. I had to come back a week later and pick up a second pair of keys and every time I contacted Envision, I was told a different time window that the "Key guy" would be there to program my key-fab.
