They ran my credit and didn't want to sell me a car because I didn't have 17k cash on top of 120% finance. Denied me my copy of the credit report twice and implied I was poor because I'm a disabled vet because I didn't have 17k cash on top of 120% finance. Denied me my copy of the credit report twice and implied I was poor because I'm a disabled veteran. More
I already secured a loan and was in the market to look for an EV6, Ionic 5 or the Bz4x and found out they had the Bz4x available at Envision Toyota and emailed the dealership to ask about the out the door for an EV6, Ionic 5 or the Bz4x and found out they had the Bz4x available at Envision Toyota and emailed the dealership to ask about the out the door price. Their response was they don't give out information over the phone or email. Won't ever do business with a company that can't give you the out the door price up front. More
0 stars if allowed. Worst place to go. They are willing to say anything and do anything over the phone or via email to get a person into the dealer. Michael Diaz stated Worst place to go. They are willing to say anything and do anything over the phone or via email to get a person into the dealer. Michael Diaz stated over the phone that it will be a markup of 5k for the car. When I went into the dealer, the mark up was 15k. Outrageous, vile, dishonest. Additionally, I stated to not run the credit application before negotiating the price, they run a hard inquiry without my consent as I was test driving the car. As I have driven many Toyotas, Envision Toyota of West Covina and many other Toyota dealerships have ruined my experience with the brand. I will no longer be looking into Toyota at this time. Honda dealer provides much better service and is true to their intentions. More
5 hours agoNEW Do not trust a word from this dealership and especially Reiss. I am in the military and was in the process of deploying within a few days. I was brought to the dealership under false pretens and especially Reiss. I am in the military and was in the process of deploying within a few days. I was brought to the dealership under false pretense that the car I wanted was available and was told after I got there that the car was not on the lot and would be delivered later that night. I was then tricked into signing a contract and over the next few days I was lied to again and again that the car would arrive the next day. Finally, the day before I was set to leave the country for a deployment I finally was told the truth. The car was weeks away from being delivered. All this after I signed a contract and put an $8,000 down-payment on the vehicle. I was very clear from our first encounter my time line and was flat out lied to every step. More
