Worst customer service. I went to this dealership for a recall and to get my car serviced. When I got my car back the A/C wasn’t working. I called the dealership to notify t I went to this dealership for a recall and to get my car serviced. When I got my car back the A/C wasn’t working. I called the dealership to notify them and they said I was lying and that that nothing was touched regarding the AC. I went in person and they didn’t want to check my car. I ended up going to Claremont dealership and they confirmed something was wrong with the AC. The Claremont dealership was professional as resolved the issue quickly. I won’t be taking my car to the West Covina dealership in the future based on this experience. More
