My best buying experience I went to Epic and immediately fell in love with every vehicle as they were all the best of the best. I didn't see one vehicle that was not beautiful. They not only wanted to see me in a vehicle like they professed from the beginning, they worked their butts off to get me in a vehicle I would have otherwise not been able to get into. Bad customer Service On the 23rd of February, my wife and I went to Epic auto sale . the night before I saw on craigslist that they had a add out for $599 down any cars ba On the 23rd of February, my wife and I went to Epic auto sale . the night before I saw on craigslist that they had a add out for $599 down any cars bad or good credit. So the nexts morning we drove about an hours to go and see. When we got there there was a sale guy sitting at his desk and ask us if we need any help. We told yes. We told him what we want and this what we can put down. ( he say ok ) 5 hours of waiting and waiting didn't ask if we needed water or anything . he came back and said ( we good news and bad news ) they me put down 4000 down on a 13,500 car... Didn't tell me how much my payments or my interest will be. My wife and I said No thank ...the sale man just walk away and didn't say anything to us... More
