Shouen, as usual, my main complaint is the lack of communication. I picked up my car on November 10, and it's now December 2 with still no response from Matt about why my car was on empty when I picked it up. And I do not consider the above auto "copy and Paste" reply as a legitimate response. Actions speak louder than words, and the actions your Service team have taken have shown how little you care about the customer. So I will give you one more chance to prove me wrong. If you truly care about THIS customer, get my number from Matt (my name is Mark Benson, he knows me well). Call or text me yourself (you can even email me at markandrebecca98@gmail.com), and explain to me why I was given a car back with an empty tank of gas and what you are going to do about it.
