very professional Angela was very helpful in negotiating a sales price prior to our arrival. Made the process very streamlined. The only negative I have which is not Angela was very helpful in negotiating a sales price prior to our arrival. Made the process very streamlined. The only negative I have which is not reflective of Angela is that there was not a second key fob and the factory code for keyless entry was not available/provided. The end result is an additional expense to obtain a key fob and obtain the factory code. Overall excellent experience. More
