We chatted during checkin and I let her know that I was only wanting the do the oil change since I was thinking of trading in my car very enjoyable. This place should be avoided go anywhere else, my daughter recently took her Escape in for a transmission diagnosis, they put in a coolant bypass valve it is easy to access, has a hose line with clam daughter recently took her Escape in for a transmission diagnosis, they put in a coolant bypass valve it is easy to access, has a hose line with clamp and 2 bolts. Stetson (service writer) charged her $906 for this, that was after reducing 10% because they told us a time to pick it up when we arrived it still had not been worked on. Patti has a slight handicap and they completely took advantage of her, what is worse is after driving 5 miles started the next day the coolant service light came on, and the transmission is worse than ever? These people will exposed, its horrible to witness such greedy low life's taking advantage of good people. Take my advice, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! More
