Ivan. We have done everything possible to make your vehicle work the way you wanted and to make it work correctly. The package you wanted installed, as you said, could not be done at other dealers until September. We decided that we would adjust our schedule to help you get going. Parts were on a back order and with no eta. At the time you seemed to be ok with this. When we did get the parts we found that an additional harness was needed to make the job correct. We do not use U-tube as a guide for repairs. We had all of the instructions and information from Ford to install the parts correctly and as designed by the Ford Motor company. I was not going to allow my technician to cut a hole in your 86,000 dollar truck because it was seen on a different outlet other than Ford. When we realized we needed another factory wire is when all this went wrong. I apologize for how long it was taken but all we wanted to do was make it right for you. We never intended it to reach the level it did and involve the authorities but we had no choice when it came to safety of our employees. A refund for the labor is being processed and you will receive a call to where we will send it. Again we apologize again for this but I will say all we wanted to accomplish was making this correct for you and make sure you could get back on the road.

You have done absolutely nothing to help me get on the road again! We have had all these parts we needed, anyone who paid the 800$ like I gave you for a Ford sensor kit got everything needed you just don't have any really good mechanics, I was sent out to buy parts I didn't need by your team and after a month I film your crew and they attack me, and call the police. If there was a safety issue I would like to present my video of myself being attacked by two of your employees at once and kicked out when I tried to give you an address to send my refund ,which you still won't take down!!!!
