When finally I got an appt I was made to wait I was approached to have work “done” before the car was done. I was made to wait when the car was complete while the service agent did personal business. The car stalled 2/3 of the way home, the service agent texted and did not call, When the car was towed back I had to call to find out what was wrong and was talked down to like I was stupid. The setvice agent was cocky and condescending. I was lied to and treated rudely by every one except Charlie’s the service tech and Matt the shuttle driver. Do not use this dealership!! More

Buyer Beware! BUYER BEWARE! I tried to buy a car from EPIC FORD that was advertised on their website at the advertised price and because I lived out of state they BUYER BEWARE! I tried to buy a car from EPIC FORD that was advertised on their website at the advertised price and because I lived out of state they refused to sell me the car unless I paid Full Retail for the car not the advertised sales price. (SEE PICTURES) This is a SCAM, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Washington State Attorney General's office and Ford Corporate and file formal complaints on them. I own 5 Ford vehicles and plan on buying a lot more in the next few years. Extremely disappointing business practices at this dealership. Look at photos of the add on the website and the quote they sent me because I live in Oregon. The VIN # shows its the same vehicle. More
