Overall the staff is nice, the cars are quality. My issue was within the backend of the deals. I admit I was somewhat of a challenge to finance due to poor credit. However, I provided them with a company I had previously done business with and was willing to carry my loan again. The hard work was done for them. This did not stop the back end financial issues of changing cars (there was some sort of price discrepancy so I was taken out of a 05 impala and placed in an 04 galant, the galant had 30 less miles on it so over all it was the better deal, providing they fix the body damage as promised in the next day or so.) I was given bad information, promised things that did not come to pass and was pressed for more of a down payment, being told that it was the finance company asking for it, when after speaking with the finance company they stated that was not the case. At this point, what are you going to do and who are yo going to believe? The pros: Nice Staff Decent/Quality Cars The cons: False promises: (we'll fill your car up, detail, etc) Unorganized: (The week I purchased my car I was there EVERY day for a week straight providing them with additional copies of things I had already provided) Down payment: (I went in with 500, they stated I would need to do 1000, fine not a problem. then after the 1000 was given they pushed for another $400. After I explained to them, this was NOT an option, they finance staff had a "oh c'mon it's only 400 more" type of attitude and I was told that several times during our negotiation periods. More

This has been a pretty stressfull time for me as my car was recently stolen and i needed a car fast. I went to Integrity and i had the privilage of working with Gabe Tinca. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible service out there. Not only did he understand and relate to my current situation, he showed empathy in doing what was going to be "the right thing" for me the customer. Not only did i recieve great and personal service from Gabe, I felt as if i was working with family. there isnt anyone else I would recomend buying a car from. No hassle only a mentality of doing what is right by the customer. It was refreshing to know that there are quality people out there that u can trust to help you before they try and help themselves. Thank you Gabe, you made a difference and helped take some preassure of a stressfull situation in my life. More
