I had a great customer service experience with my Sales rep Eric. Few things I didn’t like with the purchase not sure if it’s a Nissan corporate situation or just Nissan of Greer. Purchased a 2020 Nissan A rep Eric. Few things I didn’t like with the purchase not sure if it’s a Nissan corporate situation or just Nissan of Greer. Purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima SR CPO and was charged for the CPO warranty which I felt should have been included vs paying $499.99 considering the vehicle was part of the Nissan employee program and being forced to purchase the extended warranty at closing wasn’t ideal when other Nissan dealerships allow you to purchase(SPP extended warranty) at a later date before you hit your 100k miles. The maintenance plan isn’t worth the purchase after seeing that the CPO comes with one year of complementary service(Basic PMA). Also disappointed that the car only came with one key when I and Eric were under the impression they would all come with two keys during the test drive. More

Nissan of Greer is a comfortable, clean dealership with friendly staff and some solid deals in the area if you can’t find a private party offer to negotiate a better price. They still haven’t replaced the friendly staff and some solid deals in the area if you can’t find a private party offer to negotiate a better price. They still haven’t replaced the pre-COVID snacks and coffee machine in the waiting area is certainly sub-par. The staff members were amicable and transparent when we purchased a van recently and a third party auto shop confirmed that they are conducting detailed inspections of their used vehicles prior to sale (they provided us a copy of the inspection report and Carfax background info upon request).
