Misleading I came to this dealership not only once but twice only for the vehicles to be sold. I even brought it to the GM attention, but he was more concerned a I came to this dealership not only once but twice only for the vehicles to be sold. I even brought it to the GM attention, but he was more concerned about me taking down my post on FB that was warranted then actually fixing the problem. The communication and professionalism is not good at this establishment and if anyone is willing to listen I will tell my experience and my store about this place. More

Great Deal I came in on a great deal for a pre-owned truck. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership after verifying the truck had no cosmetic or mechanical I came in on a great deal for a pre-owned truck. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership after verifying the truck had no cosmetic or mechanical problems by a Customer Service agent. I was linked up with Justin Ching and test drove the truck. I loved the truck and was going to talk numbers when Justin pointed out some damage on the vehicle I had failed to see. I was initially unable to make a deal on the price and I was almost home when Justin called and said they could make it work. He text me well after he went home in order to make sure everything was correct and ready to go when I came back the next day to purchase the truck. Justin knew we had our infant child with us and had all the paper work ready to go when we arrived. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Justin as he is honest and helped me get a truck I wanted, not sell me one I didn't. Ps. I must have REALLY got an amazing deal on the truck because the dealership could only afford to put a quarter tank of gas in the truck when I drove it home. More

Happy Camper I came to the dealership to look at the Altimas. I was looking to trade in a 22 year old Accord. I've been a loyal Honda owner for 31 years. I don't c I came to the dealership to look at the Altimas. I was looking to trade in a 22 year old Accord. I've been a loyal Honda owner for 31 years. I don't care for the current body style of the Accords, so I decided to go looking at the Nissan dealership. I got out of my car and Leandra greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I wanted to look at an Altima. She took me over to the cars. I asked about a couple of them. She asked would I like to test drive one. I told her yes and pointed at the one I was interested in. I had a ton of questions and she was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I test drove another vehicle, again asking tons of questions and she answered each one. I decided on the vehicle I wanted and completed the paperwork. I thought about my purchase overnight and decided I wanted more horsepower, in the same type of vehicle I was going to originally purchase. Not a problem. I test drove a similar car and loved it, however, I still wanted the color I was going to originally purchase. Again, not a problem. Leandra made sure I received the exact vehicle I wanted. I'm Honda-less for the first time in 31 years and I'm OK with that because I'm happy with my Altima. More

Awful Management - Cant keep their word This store has the worst management around. Promise you they have cars in your budget only to have them conveniently sold when you go back to look at This store has the worst management around. Promise you they have cars in your budget only to have them conveniently sold when you go back to look at the vehicles. And this is even when the GM is involved in the dealings. Shady car dealings so buyer beware, For example the GM told me about a car they had in my range (keep in mind it was also listed on their website) and the day i was to have a mechanic look at it i was informed that it had failed their inspection and taken to auction. If this was the case why was the car on the lot or even the website to begin with. This is the second instance where I had went to location to look at a vehicle only to have it conveniently sale before I arrived and the first time was supposed to have been shown by appointment, and the car was sold prior to me getting there and I was informed to come back that Saturday. Even after leaving bad feedback for them on Facebook the GM asked me to please take it down because he had salesman who were good and didn't need a bad review showing against their job which could affect their families, etc. Freedom of Speech right, but he wanted me to take the complaint down because he did not like it. Again very shady business practices and the GM is not much better. Would steer clear from at all cost because GM is a joke and you can never reach the owner to address issues with him. More
