The customer service was sincere and I felt as though they truly wanted to make sure I left at ease and happy to be behind the wheel of my brand new smooth ride! This was a first for me, being that I have always paid cash for a used Honda. But I decided to purchase a newer car, one that would be dependable and safer to commute in to and from home, work, etc. I came in to purchase a specific vehicle but was pleasantly surprised that I would be leaving with a 2017 model, clean and with little to no mileage. I take pride in my choice and I was able to test drive two different Altima Nissans. Josh Anderson did a superb job! He was very knowledgeable and did not force me to buy. I felt absolutely no pressure to make any decisions but I was determined to leave with a car. I would definitely recommend any and everyone who is looking to buy a new set of wheels to come to Nissan of Greer! Be sure to ask for Josh Anderson. Amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about Nissan of Greer. This is the 5th car that we have bought in the last few years and we have never been treated wi I cannot say enough good things about Nissan of Greer. This is the 5th car that we have bought in the last few years and we have never been treated with such respect. Thomas and my husband picked out a car for me Friday allowing us to take it home for the night. After driving the car I decided that I was not in LOVE with the car and that it was not the one for me. My husband called Thomas and explained to him that was not the right car (Maxima) and that we wanted to try another car (Murano). When we pulled up Thomas had the Murano waiting on us. Thomas was very upfront with us and had a high level of knowledge on every vehicle that I had questions about. When I finally decided on the 2017 Murano platinum it turned out to be the exact car he had already chosen for me. I never felt pressured into buying a car, which was a wonderful feeling. When we came to the numbers on the car I spoke with Joey the manager and I told him a number I did not think was possible but he was able to make it happen with very little back and forth talking. The entire process moved very well once I decided what car I wanted and that I was going to buy that day. Then, Trey the fiance guy was awesome. He too was very knowledgeable, and was able to get us a great rate. He was able to explain the warranty and make it realistic to buy. WE will never buy from anyone else again.
