Eric was our salesperson. Knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure and made sure we saw all appropriate inventory that matched our specs. Even when Rob made a mistake which the Knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure and made sure we saw all appropriate inventory that matched our specs. Even when Rob made a mistake which the substitute manager corrected and the correction resulted in Eric losing his commission and having to settle for a $100 fee-for-sale, Eric continued in his courteous manner. It is a puzzle why Eric lost money due to a manager's error. Strange policy....and unfair. More
