I tried to make an appointment at Eskridge Lexus and their service person, Susan, told me they didn’t have an opening for almost 3 weeks. This was my first service since purchasing my 2023 Lexus GX. I d their service person, Susan, told me they didn’t have an opening for almost 3 weeks. This was my first service since purchasing my 2023 Lexus GX. I decided to call Lexus National in Texas, who were then able to schedule an appointment for me that same day at Eskridge. Lexus also informed me that Eskridge should be able to take walk in appointments, which they told me they don’t. Once I arrived to the dealership, it was chaotic and I waited awhile before anyone helped me. I don’t think they rotated my tires, though they said they did. The oil change was quick and they did provide a free car wash….but left water all over the floor mats when returning my car to me. The waiting area was full and only had four seats for customers. This is easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. More
Our service advisor was very polite, courteous and professional, and oh so helpful. I’m very happy with the work performed, however I was disappointed the service tech first told me I would have to leave my car and they would work on it the next day and didn’t have a loaner for me to ge disappointed the service tech first told me I would have to leave my car and they would work on it the next day and didn’t have a loaner for me to get back to Yukon. After I voice my concerns about being told on the phone just to show up and it would be taken care of they took my car straight in and found the problem and fixed it in about 2 hours. Thanks for getting my car down right and in good time. More
