And he didn’t. I w was working at St. Lucie nuclear power plant. I dropped the truck off and the service writer said he would call me later that day. And he didn’t. I went up there the next morning, he gave me an estimate of $16,000. xxx!!! Was told that the turbo was bad, the DPF was clogged, EGT sensors are bad. I told them to put the truck back together. Made some calls, had my truck towed to my dealership in Inverness Fl ($1100) tow bill. They replaced the reductant heater under warranty and the EGR valve. My dealership charged me $3400 and that’s including the $1100 tow bill. Not really sure what you guys are trying to pull in the way you do business and taking advantage of customers. Anyway you lost a customer. And just for the record YOU GUYS SUCK!!! More
