Not impressed I brought my car in Tuesday to have a computer code read it said that I needed a new ignition switch. Then I was told that my front end engine wiring harness was not good they had to replace it. The service writer said that the vehicle would be fixed by the end of today but I just received a phone call that the part has not even shipped yet after I was told it would be overnighted. So far I am not impressed with the service of this dealership . More

Disappointment with every visit Advantage Ford never fails to disappoint me, yesterday the oil change sticker on my windshield was the same mileage as what the truck already had.
