Timely Repairs Snowbird returning to Pittsburgh, Pa. My Ford Flex started making strange noises in late March. On April 3rd I brought the car in and we were not able to duplicate the noises. April 9th n My Ford Flex started making strange noises in late March. On April 3rd I brought the car in and we were not able to duplicate the noises. April 9th noises became more regular and I brought car in and I talked Larry who got Vinny the transmission man to listen to the noises. He said I needed electronic regulator which was installed that same afternoon. The noises were gone but the following morning they returned only worse. I returned to service to find out I needed a new PTO unit. It was ordered That day (Wednesday) and I had my Flex back Thursday at 8am really really great service. I had to have my car packed up and trailer hooked up and on the road Sunday morning. I do not think my local dealership would have been as helpful. THANK YOU ADVANTAGE FORD !! More

Trade In When they offer a promotion to give you $5,000 above Kelly Blue Book and you drive well over an hour to an appointment after speaking to the manager o When they offer a promotion to give you $5,000 above Kelly Blue Book and you drive well over an hour to an appointment after speaking to the manager on the phone only to find out when you arrive they do NOT offer you even close to Kelly Blue Book. KBB on my vehicle for trade in is $14,000 and they wanted to offer me $10,500 and NOT the $5000 over KBB. The finance manager said there really isn't $5,000 over KBB they just have to find a vehicle with a lot of rebates to be able to give that to you. WHAT!?! I'm was more disappointing that they would NOT even offer me KBB trade in on my vehicle which and wanted to give me $4,000 less. I will be going elsewhere. 100 % False Advertisement. More
